How ENCOUNTER works
|
|
Interpersonal skills are measured up to other office
professionals on an online assessment using video-based vignettes.
The candidate watches a number of office scenarios acted out
on-screen and then for each, choose from four possible responses.
Each response has been pre-scored as “most effective” to “least
effective” by a panel of judges to assure test validity.
